The Interview Room provides space for confidential discussion and/or counselling between staff, patients and/or family members where required. The Interview Room may also be used as a multipurpose room for small staff groups or discussions.

Up to 24 hours (dependent on unit operating hours)

up to 8 persons;

Additional Considerations

~ An external outlook is desirable. Assumes staff will bring their own devices as required. ~ A second door may be required for staff safety and security; the location of the second door will be dependent on the availability an appropriate area to egress. ~ An operational model for responding to calls from staff/patients will be needed to support the inclusion of a nurse call system and is to be determined based on service requirements
