Up to 24 hours (dependent on unit operating hours)

1 patient; 1-2 visitors; 1-2 staff

Additional Considerations

~ A second door may be required for staff safety and security; the location of the second door will be dependent on the availability an appropriate area to egress. ~ An operational model for responding to calls from staff/patients will be needed to support the inclusion of a nurse call system and is to be determined based on service requirements.
