Description

The Bay - Property, Staff provides the space and fit-out for the secure storage of property including clothing, bags and personal effects. The number of lockers provided will be dependent on staff complement per shift.

Up to 24 hours (dependent on unit operating hours)

Occupancy

up to 4 staff intermittently

Additional Considerations

~ Approximately 1m2 will be required for each additional 3 x tiers of lockers. Each tier may provide up to 4 lockers. ~ Lockers may be provided as freestanding items or built-in joinery. ~ A proportion (minimum 2%) of lockers may be required to be accessible with locking devices located between 900mm to 1100mm AFFL.
