Briefing

Description
The Audiology Control Room may be provided adjacent to the Audiology Testing Room to support the administering of tests that require discrete observation, result verification by a second clinician and/or remote control of equipment. The room will require a workspace and visibility of the Testing Room via an observation window.
Hours of Operation
7am to 6pm, daily (dependent on unit operating hours)

Additional Considerations
~ The floor of the Control Room should be flush with the floor of the Treatment Room and the adjacent corridor for access by patients in wheelchairs. Portable equipment may be shared between the Control Room and the Treatment Room.
